Job Description

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving problems! You will be responsible for making customers happy! You will work remotely for a growing US-based business and earn US Dollars!

Responsibilities


  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customers needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms.
  • Administrative tasks.
  • Work United States business hours.


Qualifications


  • Great English.
  • Sales experience and comfort.
  • Typing at least 50 words per minute.
  • 1-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and various customer relationship management software.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • A second monitor and fast computer.
  • A quiet remote-work environment.
  • Backup power by generator or battery.
