Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies with accuracy.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets as set by the department.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Assess customer accounts and provide proactive recommendations to enhance service experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide ideas for process improvements.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices for efficient workflow management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
