The role of a Customer Service Representative is pivotal within our organization as it combines customer satisfaction with problem-solving skills to enhance customer relationships. As a 17D25 Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to provide a high level of service support, handle inquiries relating to the company's products and services, and ensure a delightful customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and your proactive approach to resolving customer issues will contribute significantly to the maintenance and growth of our customer base. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve high satisfaction levels.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods.
  • Handle customer complaints in a polite and confident manner to resolve issues.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain consistency.
  • Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges as required.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Continuously improve through feedback from supervisors and training sessions.
  • Contribute to team meetings to discuss ongoing and potential improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant associate degree is a plus.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios.
