Customer Care Executive (Tier 1 Tech Support)

As a Care Representative (Spanish), you will be the first point of contact to Lavu customers, so we need you to bring your A-Game-Personality and technical expertise to resolve customers’ issues by answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and expedited manner. This is a remote role on our Philippines team.
Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for providing information to customers, resolving reported issues when possible, communicating issues to the proper entities, and following up with customers when necessary.
