What You Will Be Doing

• Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing structured analysis to identify problems, detect outliers, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
• Delivering urgent "intervention" calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish conceptual gaps from execution errors, and sustain student engagement
• Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance instructional methods and address targeted problems
• Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

• Attending prolonged meetings or producing generic presentations with no direct connection to measurable results
• Marking assignments, creating lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation are the foundation of our approach

Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities

Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson mastery, response precision, and decreased negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Basic Requirements

• Proven experience in data science or a comparable position, education, EdTech, or a student-facing role combining analytical and relational skills
• Competence with Google Sheets data operations (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
• Strong emotional intelligence, effective communication abilities, and a supportive coaching approach for children
• Background creating workflows and automations using AI
• Minimum 1 year experience working directly with K-8 students
• Availability during mandatory core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

• Foundation in learning science, pedagogical theory, or documented achievement enhancing outcomes via data-informed approaches

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
