Join us at The Beautiful Company, a vibrant event venue and salon, as we seek a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our growing clientele. We are looking for someone who speaks both English and Spanish fluently and has a passion for customer service in the travel and event industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound lead forms and acknowledge requests through phone calls and emails
• Coordinate client follow-ups using a checklist within a CRM portal after bookings
• Assist in alleviating scheduling conflicts and maintain overall calendar management
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
• At least 25 years old with a preferred background in event planning or banquet hall space
• Experience in using CRM portals and general calendar management tools

• Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or event planning sector
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
