Website CRO Specialist (Full-Time)

Role: Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hrs/week; flexible hours with 1-2 hrs/day PST overlap)

Location: Remote

Overview

We are seeking a high-impact Website CRO Specialist to take full ownership of conversion and revenue optimization across our Shopify site.

This is not a design or reporting role — this is a hands-on revenue-driving position.

Your Mission

Drive measurable increases in revenue per visitor (RPV) by owning the full funnel — from traffic routing and product focus to checkout completion — through rapid experimentation and decisive execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end conversion funnel (traffic → product page → add-to-cart → checkout)
  • Identify bottlenecks and act quickly to improve revenue outcomes, not just surface insights
  • Develop and execute high-velocity experimentation cycles (multiple tests per week, not monthly)
  • Launch A/B tests across product pages, landing pages, offers, messaging, and checkout flows
  • Optimize traffic routing toward high-converting product pages (with a key focus on HA64)
  • Improve add-to-cart rates and checkout completion rates through practical, test-driven changes
  • Build and iterate on high-converting Shopify pages (product pages, bundles, landing pages)
  • Implement changes directly or work closely with developers to ensure fast execution
  • Analyze test results with clear cause-and-effect reasoning (what changed, why it worked, and revenue impact)
  • Continuously refine product positioning, offers, and funnel structure to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align traffic quality with conversion performance

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of CRO experience with a strong eCommerce focus (Shopify required)
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue (not just improving conversion rate or UX metrics)
  • Strong hands-on experience executing tests — not just strategy or reporting
  • Ability to independently identify issues and move quickly from insight to execution
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel optimization, not just page-level improvements
  • Experience running high-frequency testing environments
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to clearly explain test outcomes and impact
  • Excellent written and verbal English

What We Are NOT Looking For

  • UX designers focused primarily on layout or visual improvements
  • Analysts who focus on reporting without execution
  • Candidates who cannot clearly articulate past test results and outcomes

Primary KPI

  • Revenue per Visitor (RPV)

  • Traffic to high-converting product pages (specifically HA64)
  • Add-to-cart rate
  • Checkout completion rate

Success Metrics

  • Consistent increase in RPV and overall revenue performance
  • Rapid execution of experiments (multiple tests per week)
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and fix funnel bottlenecks quickly
  • Clear, measurable impact from all CRO initiatives
