We are seeking an experienced CRM Lead to drive our customer engagement strategy and optimize CRM processes across multiple industries. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to collaborate with major partners such as Google and Meta. You will lead CRM initiatives that deliver measurable impact, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a robust CRM strategy to maximize customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure CRM performance and ROI.
  • Own and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform, including configuration, integrations, and automation. Drive innovation by implementing new CRM tools, features, and best practices. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and system scalability.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for personalization. Design and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Build and maintain segmentation models for targeted communications. Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for engagement and conversion.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and strategic partners (e.g., Google, Meta). Manage agency resources and oversee multi-industry CRM campaigns. Communicate CRM insights and recommendations to senior leadership for decision-making. Ensure alignment of CRM initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives.


The Successful Applicant

  • Experience:
    • Agency background with exposure to multiple industries.
    • FMCG experience is an advantage but not required.
    • Proven success working with large-scale partners (e.g., Google, Meta).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Deep expertise in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
    • Strong understanding of data analytics, segmentation, and automation tools.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
