CRM Implementation Specialist

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a technical specialist to own the backbone that powers online course launches and lead generation campaigns. This role puts you at the center of helping entrepreneurs succeed online – from setting up sophisticated CRM automations that nurture leads into customers, to ensuring course content is perfectly organized and accessible. You’ll work directly with experienced business owners who value excellence and give you the autonomy to optimize processes and suggest improvements.

This growing digital marketing agency specializes in taking clients from concept to launch, building complete online course platforms, and managing lead generation through Meta advertising. You’ll play a crucial role in the technical implementation that makes their clients’ online businesses successful.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM GST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure CRM systems for new clients, including domain connections and email integrations
• Build automated email sequences, triggers, and workflows that convert leads into customers
• Upload and organize course videos to Google Drive and Kajabi platforms with precision
• Connect checkout pages, payment systems, and e-commerce integrations seamlessly
• Perform quality assurance and verification on all CRM setups and automations
• Support digital marketing operations and campaign management across multiple client projects
• Collaborate directly with business owners on client onboarding and technical implementation
• Optimize existing processes and recommend improvements based on your technical expertise

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with CRM implementation and management
• Strong technical skills with CRM platforms, email automation systems, and integrations
• Experience with Kajabi, Google Drive, and similar course/content management platforms
• Knowledge of checkout systems, payment integrations, and e-commerce setup processes
• Bonus if you have a digital marketing background or experience with Meta advertising
• It helps if you’ve worked with online course creators or digital product launches

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
