Job Title: Creative Strategist/Video Editor and Social Media Manager

Location: Remote

Work Shift: Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam) / Flexible hours

Working Hours: Part-time; 20 hours per week


Job Description:

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist/Video Editor and Social Media Manager who can blend strategic thinking with strong creative execution for performance-driven ad campaigns. This role focuses on developing compelling angles, short-form video scripts, and coordinating with our Ukraine-based editing team to produce high-performing assets for DTC brands. You should have a solid understanding of audience psychology, performance marketing fundamentals, and messaging that aligns with telehealth compliance standards. In addition to creative strategy, you will manage our social media presence across all brands. This includes creating, scheduling, and publishing content via Buffer across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You will maintain a consistent content calendar with scientifically-backed posts that build trust and authority. During the initial period, expect an approximate 50-50 split between creative production for paid advertising and organic social media management.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative angles, storyboards, and video scripts for performance marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with and coordinate deliverables with a Ukraine-based video editing team.
  • Research audience insights, market trends, and winning ad concepts to guide creative strategy.
  • Review video outputs and provide structured feedback to ensure high-quality, high-converting creatives.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of new concepts and variations for testing.
  • Ensure all messaging and visuals follow telehealth and platform compliance guidelines.
  • Create organic social media content including short-form reels, static posts, carousels, and stories for all brand accounts.
  • Schedule and publish posts across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok using Buffer; maintain a consistent content calendar.
  • Monitor posting schedules to ensure optimal timing for US-based audiences
  • Track engagement metrics and identify content themes that resonate with target audiences.


Qualifications:

  • Strong background in DTC performance marketing and creative strategy.
  • Experience developing ad scripts and short-form video concepts.
  • Ability to analyze angles, hooks, and audience psychology for conversion-focused creatives.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, ClickUp, and modern creative workflows.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with remote video editors.
  • Portfolio showcasing performance-oriented video ads or creative strategy work.
