Creative Milkshake is a remote creative agency that works with the worlds coolest brands. We specialize in creating high-performing paid social ads for Meta and TikTok, turning creative into conversions.

As a Creative Strategist & Copywriter, you will dive into briefs, develop concepts, pitch ideas, write scripts for video ads, and briefs for image ads. You should excel in concept development, understand paid media and performance, and write persuasive, high-converting copy across multiple formats.

What You Need to Bring:

• 3+ years in creative strategy and copywriting, preferably within a marketing agency or paid social environment.
• Proven experience creating high-performing ads for Meta & TikTok.
• Strong understanding of direct response copywriting, consumer psychology, and paid media metrics.
• Ability to write in different voices and adapt messaging to various target audiences.
• Experience collaborating with multiple teams across different time zones.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Remote work experience preferred.
• Must be fluent in English, other languages are a bonus!
