They offer a wide selection of cannabis products such as flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, pre-rolls, tinctures, and accessories. They also highlight delivery, rewards programs, and discounts for veterans and students, and position themselves as a welcoming retail location with knowledgeable staff to help both recreational and medical cannabis customers. 

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support its growing digital presence. This role will focus on creating high-quality visual assets that ensure a consistent, engaging, and on-brand look across all digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, accuracy, and layout, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and promotional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design event pages, website banners, and promotional graphics
• Create product visuals, pricing graphics, and digital ads
• Ensure accuracy in pricing, wording, promotions, and product information across all designs
• Maintain brand consistency across web, social media, and other digital platforms
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support marketing campaigns and promotions
• Update and refresh visual assets as promotions or product offerings change
• Organize and manage design files for easy access and reuse
   

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience designing for digital platforms (web and social media)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
   

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience designing for retail, e-commerce, or cannabis-related brands
• Basic understanding of web layouts and promotional funnels
• Motion graphics or short-form video design experience
