Job Highlights

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern (includes a 30-minute paid break)

Responsibilities

  • Manage email correspondence and communications with members and stakeholders
  • Create and design compelling landing pages and sales pages that drive conversions
  • Provide website support and maintenance to enhance user experience
  • Design conference materials including signage, booklets, and promotional materials using Canva
  • Support day-to-day business management and operational workflows
  • Assist with strategic planning initiatives and organizational development
  • Engage with and support members in the online community platform (Circle)
  • Handle administrative tasks that free up leadership time for high-level strategy
  • Collaborate on professional development content and member resources
  • Support both online and in-person conference planning and execution


Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for member-facing interactions
  • Proficiency with Canva for creating professional design materials
  • Experience creating landing pages and sales pages that convert
  • Strong creative design skills with an eye for visual aesthetics
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
  • Bonus if you have experience with Circle or similar community platforms
  • It helps if you have background in associations, professional development, or small business support



Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional pay rate is based on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
