Creative Content Producer

We're looking for a Creative Content Producer to execute high-quality social and email content for a personal brand working at the level of premium brand partnerships. You will take scripts and creative concepts and turn them into polished carousels, b-roll videos, and email marketing assets. The copy is written for you. Your job is to execute it at an elite creative level.

This is not a role for someone who does good enough work. The bar here is premium brand quality — the kind of output that wins and retains high-value clients. Past hires have fallen short on creative ambition, defaulting to cookie-cutter formats when the expectation is formats that stand out. If you are a self-directed creative who takes a brief and runs with it, brings genuine creative vision to execution, and consistently delivers work that looks like it belongs alongside top-tier brand content, this role is a strong fit.

There is real growth here for the right person. You will start on two brand accounts, and the expectation is that strong performers will grow into a Head Editor role overseeing two to three additional editors over time.

What You'll Work On

Carousel and Graphic Content Production

• Take scripts and creative concepts and execute them into polished, high-quality carousel posts
• Design formats that are visually distinctive and do not look like templates everyone else is using
• Maintain brand-level quality across every deliverable — the standard is premium, not adequate
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and consistently raise the creative bar over time

B-Roll Video Production

• Execute b-roll video content from provided scripts and concept briefs
• Produce video assets that feel intentional, well-paced, and visually compelling
• Bring creative judgment to format decisions rather than defaulting to what is most common
• Ensure final video assets are polished and ready for use without requiring heavy revision

Email Marketing Asset Production

• Design email marketing assets that are clean, on-brand, and built to perform
• Support the expansion of email as a core content format alongside social
• Apply the same premium creative standard to email assets as to social content

Creative Execution and Self-Direction

• Receive a script with multiple concepts and produce a range of unique, high-quality executions independently
• Bring your own creative perspective to every brief rather than waiting for direction on every decision
• Communicate clearly and reliably throughout every project so nothing stalls or gets lost

What You Bring

• A portfolio that demonstrates elite-level creative execution across carousels, video, and digital content
• Proven ability to take a script or concept and produce finished, polished assets independently without needing the copy rewritten or the concept re-explained
• Strong visual design and video production skills with a clear aesthetic sensibility
• Comfortable designing for social formats including carousels and b-roll video as well as email marketing assets
• Self-directed with strong creative judgment and the ability to produce distinctive formats rather than defaulting to what everyone else is doing
• Reliable communicator who delivers on time and flags issues early
• A genuine creative ambition that shows in the work

Nice to Have

• Experience producing content for health, wellness, or fitness brands
• Background working on premium or enterprise brand accounts
• Experience designing email marketing templates and assets
• Growth mindset and interest in eventually leading or managing a small team of editors
