Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Corporate Sales Officer to join our sales team. As a Corporate Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business by fostering strong relationships with corporate clients and ensuring consistent revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to engage potential clients, and maintaining excellent client relations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales techniques and the corporate market, strong communication skills, and the ability to execute sales plans with precision. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify potential corporate clients and create comprehensive client engagement plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals that maximize company revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and evaluate competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality customer service.
  • Attend industry networking events to increase brand awareness and grow client base.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports to assess performance and strategize improvements.
  • Provide feedback to management about market trends and potential areas for growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and changes to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Participate in sales training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate sales or a similar field.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-making processes.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
