About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Corporate Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and help source, screen, and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates. across various departments within our company, such as Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and Admin. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in identifying qualified candidates who align with our company’s values and the specific needs of our clients.


Job Highlights:

  • Hourly Rate: USD 5.44, the equivalent in your local currency
  • Paid Hours per Week: 40
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST (with 1 hour unpaid lunch)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates based on job requirements
  • Draft and post engaging job ads across relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Upwork, job boards)
  • Conduct initial phone screen & video interviews to assess candidates’ communication skills, tech proficiency, and job fit
  • Coordinate skills assessments and follow-up interviews as needed
  • Communicate regularly with hiring managers and provide candidate recommendations
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for our company


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (remote experience required)
  • Experience working as an internal or agency recruiter for a USA-based company is preferred.
  • Experience working as a Corporate/Internal Recruiter while supporting various company divisions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable using Teams, Sharepoint, ATS tools, and productivity platforms
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet service-level agreements (SLAs) for time-to-fill.
  • Ability to assess soft skills, professionalism, and technical fit via interviews
