Conversion Specialist Forex CFD

As a Conversion Specialist, your objective is to reduce the time between a lead signing up and placing their first trade. This is not a cold-calling role-- you act as a markets expert. You will leverage high-energy communication, digital outreach, and AI-driven insights to guide high-intent traders through the onboarding journey, minimizing friction and helping them move forward with confidence.

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule to support global markets, including US or Australian time zones
• The role may require coverage across 24x7 shifts depending on client needs
• Both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (20 hours/week) options are available, depending on candidate availability
• Must be able to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high accountability

Responsibilities:

• The Conversion Sprint: Proactively manage the "Application-to-Traded" journey. Identify where a trader may be stalled (e.g., KYC, platform setup, or funding) and provide the support needed to move them forward
• Cutting Through the Noise: Operate effectively in a highly competitive market by delivering engaging, high-value interactions that capture and maintain attention
• Insight-Led Outreach: Move beyond scripts by leading with value. Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude) to quickly synthesize market updates and trading insights into concise, engaging content for opted-in leads
• High-Impact Communication: Engage leads through multiple channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, and calls) to guide them through the platform, features, and overall trading journey

Requirements:

• A Confident Communicator: You are a clear, persuasive, and energetic speaker, capable of engaging both beginner and experienced traders
• Financial Curiosity: You are eager to learn about FX, CFDs, and global macro trends. You can confidently explain concepts such as spreads and leverage early in your tenure
• AI-Native: Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity, create content, and improve engagement
• Technical Fluency: Able to efficiently navigate CRM systems, messaging platforms, and trading environments
• Results-Driven Mindset: Motivated by outcomes, with a strong focus on conversion metrics and achieving funding milestones
• Sales-Driven Mindset: This is a performance-focused role that seeks candidates who are highly motivated by meeting targets and achieving strong conversion results

Compensation:

This role offers a base salary plus commission structure. On top of your guaranteed base pay, you will earn commissions based on successful lead conversions and funded accounts. High performers have the potential to significantly increase their total earnings through direct results.
