Content Workflow Coordinator

Location: Remote (Philippines only)

Compensation: USD 1,500-1,800 per month

Industry: Real Estate Investment / Private Lending

Schedule: Full-time, aligned with U.S. CST business hours

Reports To: Chief of Staff

About The Company

We are a real estate investment and private lending organization producing consistent, structured educational content including podcasts, video content, blog articles, and weekly email communications.

The content strategy is already built.

The systems already exist.

The templates are already defined.

This role exists to execute those systems with precision, consistency, and discipline so content moves from raw input to published output without friction.

Role Overview

The Content Workflow Coordinator is responsible for taking raw content and moving it through a defined production system until it is fully edited, formatted, organized, and published on schedule.

This is not a marketing strategy role.

This is not a branding role.

This is not a creative direction position.

It is an execution role.

Success is measured by accuracy, consistency, clean organization, and on-time delivery. You will operate within documented SOPs and structured workflows under the guidance of the Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production Execution

  • Move long-form content through structured production workflows
  • Edit and prepare podcast files using AI-assisted tools
  • Create show notes using provided templates
  • Prepare video content for publishing
  • Format blog posts according to defined standards
  • Add captions and basic formatting to short-form clips
  • Publish content across platforms according to schedule

Email Production

  • Use structured templates and AI tools to prepare weekly emails
  • Format and schedule emails within the platform
  • Follow the established publishing cadence without deviation
  • Verify formatting, links, and layout before sending

Organization and File Discipline

  • Maintain strict folder structures and naming conventions in Google Drive
  • Track content status within the defined system
  • Ensure all assets are stored correctly and consistently
  • Follow documented SOPs exactly, without shortcuts

Production Calendar Execution

  • Maintain the content production calendar
  • Track deadlines and ensure publishing targets are met
  • Flag delays or missing assets early
  • Ensure nothing slips through the cracks

  • The CEO does not need to intervene

This is a long-term role for someone who values structure, stability, and disciplined execution.
