Content Operations Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Content Specialist to manage and update website content across Contentful and Webflow platforms. This role will support SEO initiatives, landing page updates, and ongoing content optimization while managing tasks through Jira in a fast-paced marketing environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced working independently with CMS tools and web production workflows.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Own the Jira-based web production queue end-to-end — picking up assigned tickets, managing your own workload and priorities, executing against provided specs, and returning completed work for QA by specified deadlines
• Update existing blog articles and publish new ones in Contentful and Webflow using provided copy, images, and assets — ensuring accurate formatting and adherence to Headspaces article template
• Execute metadata updates across the site including title tags, meta descriptions, and H1s to align with evolving user intent and SEO best practices
• Implement recommended FAQ enhancements across /content library and landing pages
• Update /content library pages to ensure content stays current, on-brand, and optimized for SEO best practices
• Support broader marketing initiatives by building and updating landing pages in Contentful and Webflow
• Maintain editorial governance so all content meets Headspaces editorial standards and brand guidelines
• Become a subject matter expert in Headspaces CMS structure and propose incremental improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working on a web product
• Proven experience building and editing pages in a CMS; Contentful and/or Webflow experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices, including metadata optimization and emerging GEO and AEO considerations
• High attention to detail — able to execute accurately against provided specs, templates, and copy docs
• Experience with Jira — comfortable picking up assigned tickets, executing independently, and returning work for QA
• Strong communication skills with the ability to flag blockers and ask clarifying questions proactively
• Self-starter who takes ownership and drives work to completion with minimal oversight
