Content Creator Short-Form

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Short Form Content Operator to manage high-volume daily content across multiple TikTok and Instagram accounts. The ideal candidate can follow strict systems, produce and upload content quickly, and maintain accuracy and consistency across all posts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 5 short form videos daily using templates (CapCut, Kashie, or similar)
• Manually upload 40 posts per day across 8 accounts (TikTok & Instagram Reels)
• Write simple captions, tag the artist, and add required hashtags
• Follow a strict posting schedule: 8 am, 12 pm, 3 pm, 6 pm, 9 pm
• Rotate posting across all accounts and avoid duplicates within 7 days
• Organize files in Google Drive with correct naming conventions
• Submit daily performance reports and flag any posting issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience creating short-form content for TikTok or Instagram
• Skilled in CapCut, Kashie, or similar video templates
• Able to consistently produce 5 new videos daily
• Comfortable manually posting across multiple accounts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Full-time commitment with stable internet and smartphone access
• Good English for writing captions

Bonus Skills:

• Experience managing fan pages or music-related content
• Understanding of social media trends and visual aesthetics
• Basic Canva or graphic editing skills
