About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative, performance-driven Content Creator & Social Media Growth Strategist who thrives on building and scaling content ecosystems.

This is not just a posting role.

You must understand:

• How to create scroll-stopping short-form content
• How to use AI tools to scale production efficiently
• How to engineer content for reach, engagement, and conversion

You will help develop and grow high-performing media channels such as:

• DevelopJax (Real estate & city development content)

• New and emerging media channels

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and manage content calendars across multiple channels
• Research trending topics, hooks, and formats aligned with brand goals
• Tailor content for awareness, engagement, and conversion stages

Writing & Creative Development

• Write high-converting hooks, scripts, and captions
• Craft short-form vertical video scripts optimized for retention
• Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging

AI-Driven Production

• Use tools like:
• ChatGPT / AI script generators
• HeyGen
• Kling AI
• Runway ML
• Gemini
• Canva
• VidIQ
• Repurpose content into reels, shorts, carousels, and thumbnails
• Improve and evolve existing templates and AI workflows

Publishing & Optimization

• Schedule and publish posts
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate content strategy
• Apply SEO, hashtags, and platform algorithm best practices
• Continuously test new formats and engagement strategies

Community & Growth

• Engage with followers and support audience growth
• Collaborate on campaign and channel growth strategies
• Support paid media efforts with high-performing creatives

Collaboration

• Work closely with internal editors and creative leads
• Join client calls when available during work hours
• Take notes and translate feedback into optimized content output

🎯 Ideal Experience

• 2–5 years managing social content for a brand, creator, or agency
• Proven track record of growing followers, views, or engagement
• Experience creating short-form video using AI and/or traditional editing tools
• Strong copywriting skills (hooks, scripts, captions, CTAs)
• Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and social platform algorithms
• Bonus: Experience in direct response marketing or ad creative development
