Compliance Specialist REMOTE - Philippines

About The Role

We are hiring a Compliance Specialist to define, monitor, and enforce internal processes and standards.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on data, reporting, and accountability — not people management.

The first 3-4 months will involve structured training, including agent-level work, to fully understand our internal processes.

This role is not just about enforcing policies. You will be expected to read reports, analyze data, identify issues, and ensure teams are following the right processes.

We are looking for someone who can think, collaborate, and take ownership — not just follow checklists.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, compliance, or similar roles
• Proven ability to read, interpret, and analyze data and reports (required)
• Critical thinker who can identify issues and patterns from data
• Collaborative and able to work with different teams
• Detail-oriented but able to think beyond checklists
• Comfortable holding teams accountable to processes
