Job Description
Develop and implement integrated communication strategies across internal and external channels
Drive corporate branding, messaging, and positioning aligned with business objectives
Lead crisis communication planning and execution, ensuring timely and effective responses
Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align communication priorities
Manage and strengthen stakeholder relationships, including executives, business leaders, and external partners
Ensure consistency and clarity in messaging across all platforms and initiatives
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in corporate communications or public relations, with ownership of both internal and external messaging
Strong track record of crafting clear, compelling narratives for different audiences (employees, media, executives)
Experience managing crisis communications or reputational issues in fast-paced environments
Ability to confidently engage and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Skilled in balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution (e.g., campaigns, communication plans, leadership messaging)
Background in large, matrixed organizations or public relations agencies, with exposure to complex stakeholder environments
Highly adaptable with strong judgement, discretion, and problem-solving skills
