Job Description: You’ll be the voice that opens doors to new business opportunities. As our Cold Calling Specialist, you’ll connect with real estate agents across Australia to identify sublease opportunities for Airbnb properties. This role puts you at the forefront of a growing company’s expansion, where your outreach efforts directly fuel business growth and partnership development. You’ll work with warm lead lists and focus on quick qualification calls that move deals forward.


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $4.50 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with a 30-minute paid break

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor


Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to real estate agents from provided lead lists
  • Qualify sublease permissions for Airbnb properties through targeted questioning
  • Make quick yes/no determination calls to maximize daily contact volume
  • Document call outcomes and responses for follow-up prioritization
  • Maintain consistent calling momentum throughout designated work hours
  • Build rapport with real estate professionals to facilitate future conversations
  • Track and report on daily call metrics and conversion rates


Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or phone-based sales
  • Strong verbal communication skills with professional phone presence
  • Resilience to handle rejection while maintaining positive energy
  • Ability to make high-volume calls consistently throughout the day
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional work environment
  • Bonus if you have real estate industry knowledge or Australian market familiarity
  • It helps if you’re comfortable with CRM systems and call tracking software
