The Role
The Client Success Virtual Assistant (Technical Support) is responsible for supporting client-facing delivery across Customer Success through a combination of operational execution and light technical troubleshooting.
This role goes beyond communication support and includes assisting clients during Office Hours, supporting implementation of deliverables using internal SOPs, and helping resolve basic technical issues related to workflows, automations, and proprietary tools.
The VA will work closely with Customer Success leadership and internal technical teams to ensure client deliverables are executed accurately, inquiries are addressed promptly, and technical blockers are escalated when required.This is a
full-time, remote position (40-50 hours/week) where you’ll work closely with internal teams, consultants and clients. You’ll receive full training, clear tools, and dedicated support from our Team Leads.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution of client deliverables in line with internal SOPs and implementation guidelines
- Join client-facing Office Hours and assist with technical queries or troubleshooting
- Provide first-line support for workflow, automation, or system-related issues
- Identify bugs, technical blockers, or misconfigurations and escalate when needed
- Assist clients with navigating internal platforms, tools, or automation setups
- Manage and follow up on technical action items discussed during client sessions
- Document recurring issues or resolutions for internal knowledge sharing
- Maintain organization of implementation tasks, reminders, and system updates
- Support Customer Success projects and administrative tasks as required
- Execute repetitive operational or delivery tasks as part of client support workflows
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as a Deliverables VA, Tech VA, or Operations VA
- Comfortable working in client-facing environments (Office Hours / Live Support)
- Basic understanding of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n) is preferred
- Familiarity with workflows, triggers/actions, or system integrations
- Able to identify technical issues and support workarounds when needed
- Patient and solution-oriented when handling client concerns
- Able to follow structured SOPs and implement repeatable processes
- Good spoken English (not necessarily native-level) for client interaction
- Comfortable performing operational or repetitive tasks alongside technical support
Nice To Have
- Experience supporting software implementation or onboarding
- Exposure to automation platforms or workflow builders
- Light design or content tooling familiarity
- Experience working with startups, agencies, or SaaS environments
