Were looking for an AMAZING Virtual Assistant to join our fun, motivated team as a Client Success Coordinator!


DealerSmart is a digital marketing agency for car dealerships that provides omnipresence advertising (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google) and consulting services to help dealerships dominate their local market. We are looking for a virtual assistant who can take over a variety of daily tasks, primarily related to providing a better experience for our clients and improving their results!


You must have previous experience as a virtual assistant and must have extensive experience working with Google / Excel Sheets. Fluency in English, attention to detail, and strong time management are must-haves. Bonus if you have experience in Facebook advertising or digital marketing!


Training for each responsibility will be provided, however we would like you to bring some of your own expertise to improve our processes, as we want to give you full responsibility over your role!


Location: Remote

Compensation: Starting at $22,000 USD / Yearly Salary


This Role Entails:

  • Working one on one with a Client Success Manager (CSM)
  • Joining All CSM Calls ( Check-In, Kickoff, Launch Calls) 
  • Making Any Needed Internal Support Tickets After Each Call / Log All Calls In ClickUp 
  • Downloading Sales Reports from Client CRMs
  • Uploading Sales Reports to Social Platforms
  • Updating the Dealership Stat Trackers 
  • Basic Email Support
  • Monitoring, Texts, Emails And Letting CSM Know If Anything Is Missed 
  • Monitoring Slack And Clickup And Replying To Messages On Behalf Of The CSM
  • Helping The Team Troubleshoot Any Client Issues, As Needed.


Requirements:

  • Available to work 8am-5pm CST 
  • 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
  • Fluent in English
  • Fast internet speed and ability to work in a private, quiet work area at home
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Team player that wants to help everyone grow together
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets
  • Ability to effectively manage your own time & find solutions
  • Great communication skills
  • Knowledge of platforms like ClickUp, Slack, and Google Systems.
