The position of Client Interview Specialist exists to align with the firms mission of providing compassionate and thorough legal support to our clients. This role is integral to the Habitability department, focusing on conducting detailed client interviews to gather essential information for cases involving substandard housing conditions. By ensuring the accuracy and comprehensiveness of client data, you contribute directly to the firms ability to advocate effectively for those in vulnerable situations.



What you’ll do:

  • Client Intake Interviews: Conduct detailed intake interviews with clients facing habitability issues, ensuring all relevant details are captured thoroughly.
  • Data Entry: Input client information accurately into firm templates and Microsoft Word tables/forms to support case management.
  • Follow-Up Communication: Perform follow-up calls to update clients on case progress and maintain contact, ensuring alignment with the team.
  • Use of Technology: Leverage AI call recording and transcription tools for accurate documentation and effective information management.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the Habitability department head and team members to ensure processes are seamless and client needs are met.

  • Excellent Communication: Professional English language proficiency in both written and spoken forms is essential.
  • Empathy and Patience: Ability to handle sensitive client situations with understanding and care.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong capability in managing long and structured interviews with precision and consistency.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, VOIP phone systems, and AI transcription tools.
  • Spanish Skills: Bonus for strong Spanish proficiency to assist a diverse client base.
