Schedule: Monday- Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT), Part-Time (20 hours per week)

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an execution-focused professional who can run the day-to-day operations with pace and accuracy. You should be someone who takes pride in being the first point of contact, enjoys working independently, and can manage a daily workload without needing close supervision.

Skills Required

  • Professional Communication: Strong written English with a tone that is professional, warm, and supportive.
  • CRM Management: Proficiency or a strong willingness to learn HubSpot for all client data.
  • Detail-Oriented: A commitment to 100% accuracy in data entry, this is non-negotiable for our pipeline management.
  • Self-Direction: The ability to manage your own task list and provide written updates via Slack without being prompted.
  • Responsiveness: Ability to switch tasks quickly and respond to all inbound school enquiries within a 24-hour maximum window.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in education, career development, or Learning & Development (L&D).
  • Experience using email marketing platforms such as Kit (formerly ConvertKit).
  • Hands on experience in Slack.

What will you do?

You will sit alongside the Director to ensure the sales and operational side of the business runs reliably:

  • Inbound Lead Management: Act as the first point of contact for school enquiries, providing same-day responses whenever possible.
  • Pipeline & CRM Ownership: Record and update all workshop details and client interactions in HubSpot with total accuracy.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain regular contact with active and previous partners using structured follow-up sequences to keep our services top of mind.
  • Marketing Support: Build and distribute newsletter content and run email campaigns using HubSpot and Kit to segment our audience.
  • Daily Reporting: Provide an end-of-day activity snapshot via Slack and proactively flag any blockers or questions that need a decision.
  • Flexible Collaboration: Work 20 hours per week during the 8am - 4pm AEST window, ensuring real-time communication with the team
