About the Client:

With Coverage provides tech-enabled specialty insurance for experts who work exclusively with leading brands and manage everything in one place, enabling clients to grow their businesses through meaningful savings. The company is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the operations team as a remote contractor. This role supports the insurance professionals by managing essential administrative processes that keep the business running smoothly.


Role Overview:

As a Claims Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end claims process. You’ll work closely with Claims Managers and Risk Advisors to ensure that claims are efficiently documented, tracked, and communicated, helping clients receive timely resolutions. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in insurance claims handling, excellent organizational skills, and a strong commitment to accuracy and service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated operational and administrative support to the Claims team.
  • Accurately process claim submissions, including gathering and verifying documentation.
  • Track and monitor the progress of open claims, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in claims systems and CRMs.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and internal teams to gather information, provide updates, and resolve inquiries.
  • Assist with preparing claims reports, summaries, and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Support billing processes related to claims, including coordination with carriers and internal teams.
  • Organize and track outstanding claim requirements, subjectivities, and compliance needs.


What Were Looking For:

  • Previous insurance industry experience (agency, brokerage, or carrier) with exposure to claims operations.
  • Familiarity with claims processes, documentation, and insurance terminology.
  • Experience with insurance management systems or CRMs.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and reliable in a support-focused role.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, learn new processes, and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Commercial lines experience strongly preferred.


Additional Details:

  • You will be working 5 days a week, including one weekend day, but will have 2 days off in a row.
  • Working hours will be 9am - 6pm EST.
  • Location: Philippines (Remote).
