Responsibilities

• Create and specify detailed engineering designs using CAD software for development projects
• Develop conceptual designs for breakthrough precast wall panel systems
• Optimize design and manufacturing methods for concrete panel systems
• Collaborate on engineering specifications that meet Australian certification standards
• Support the transition from conceptual design to manufacturing implementation
• Contribute to the refinement of construction processes and innovative methodologies
• Work independently on high-impact conceptual design projects
• Provide technical expertise for both routine engineering tasks and cutting-edge product development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong experience with concrete design and construction methods
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools
• Understanding of structural design principles and manufacturing processes
• Ability to work independently on conceptual design projects
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
• Bonus if you have experience with precast concrete systems or manufacturing-focused construction methods
• It helps if you’ve worked on product development or innovative construction technologies
