We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and management of infrastructure projects ranging from small-scale to large-scale. You will use your expertise in civil engineering to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within the given timeline and budget. As a Civil Engineer, you will also work collaboratively with other team members, stakeholders, and clients to achieve the best outcomes for the projects you handle. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations for proposed projects.
• Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and engineering specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects comply with legal, governmental, and client specifications.
• Monitor and assess risks associated with construction and maintenance projects.
• Supervise and oversee construction activities and project teams.
• Utilize civil engineering software for project modeling and analysis.
• Review and approve project drawings and documentation before implementation.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times.
• Evaluate the sustainability and environmental impacts of engineering projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within one year.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering design software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience in sustainable and environmentally-friendly design practices.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and attend meetings as needed.
