Profile Requirements:

• Experience in IT sales support, renewals, or contract management (preferably with Cisco products/services)
• Strong understanding of Cisco service offerings
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively Manage end-to-end renewal lifecycle for Cisco service contracts and subscriptions
• Problem Solving skills

Core responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end renewal lifecycle for Cisco service contracts and subscriptions
• Proactively track upcoming renewals and engage customers well in advance of expiration dates
• Prepare and deliver renewal quotes in alignment with Cisco Systems pricing and policies
• Work closely with sales teams, account managers, and channel partners to close renewals
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing, and customer interactions in CRM systems
• Resolve customer issues related to renewals, pricing discrepancies, or contract terms
• Ensure compliance with Cisco licensing and support policies
• Forecast renewal pipelines and provide regular reporting to management
• Stay updated on Cisco programs, promotions, and lifecycle changes
• Maintain relationships with salespeople and vendors
• Process Quotes, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders timely and accurately.
• Coordinate between Sales, Finance and Vendors
