About the role:

Technically, you’re a freelance content editor. But titles aside — you’re a storyteller in the edit bay. A sequence whisperer. Someone who knows how to take raw footage and carve out rhythm, meaning, and moments that stick.

You’re not here to just “get it done.” You’re here to do work that feels like something. That earns attention. That adds value. Youll be working alongside our small creative crew to bring cinematic short-form content to life — quickly, creatively, and consistently.

Job Highlights:

• Hourly Rate: PHP 500
• Paid Hours per Week: 20
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm
• Work Arrangement: Work from home
• Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form cinematic content for social, brand, and client use
• Transform raw footage into tight, polished, emotionally resonant edits
• Add transitions, motion, and sound design that enhances (never distracts)
• Select the perfect music track from our Artlist account
• Deliver on time, every time (5–7 day standard turnaround for multiple short-form)
• Collaborate via Slack and Frame.io — take feedback very well, and act on it fast
• Have an attitude that is keen to always learn more and become a top-tier editor
• Keep our editing workflows clean, structured, and export-ready

Requirements:

• A portfolio that proves you know how to cut with energy and feeling
• Fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro (bonus if you use Lucid Link or Frame.io)
• Excellent eye for pacing, hooks, and visual rhythm
• Enthusiastic about elite-level color grading
• Solid sound design instincts — the ear matters as much as the eye
• Clear, concise communicator (Slack will be your best friend)
• Available during the week, flexible for weekend overflow
• Reliable, fast, and quality-focused — we don’t do sloppy

Expectations:

• You’re checking Slack daily for project updates
• You’re not ghosting — this is collaborative, not transactional
• You want creative feedback because you care about getting better
