Job Description

Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies for the organization.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Monitor and report on the organizations risk exposure and mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate risk management into business processes.
Provide leadership and guidance to the Risk & Compliance team.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
Engage with external stakeholders, including regulators and auditors, to ensure transparency and compliance.
Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and the board of directors.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Chief Risk Officer Should Have

A strong academic background in finance, business administration, or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
Proven expertise in the financial services industry.
Experience in handling regulatory compliance and working with industry standards.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to lead a team effectively.
An analytical mindset with the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
