Job Description

Partner with the Managing Director to co-lead operations, shaping strategy and driving operational excellence.
Oversee daily operations across all functions, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
Establish and monitor KPI frameworks, governance standards, and best practices.
Lead digital transformation, automation projects, and process improvements.
Inspire, mentor, and manage a large, multi-location team, strengthening culture and leadership development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Chief Operating Officer (COO) Should Have

Proven senior leader in large-scale operations, driving transformation and operational efficiency.
Experienced managing large, multi-location teams in complex environments.
Skilled in KPI design, governance, performance management, and developing high-performing leadership teams.
Strong communicator with influence at senior levels, highly resilient, and decisive under pressure.
Passionate about automation, digitalization, continuous improvement, and delivering customer-centric excellence.
