We’re seeking a Certification & Assessment Proctor to oversee and administer tool-based exams, graded simulations, and skill certifications within Wing’s training and evaluation programs. This role ensures a fair, consistent, and secure testing environment — upholding the integrity of assessments that determine trainee readiness and qualification for client-facing deployment.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in training operations, proctoring, or administrative coordination (preferably in an educational, BPO, or testing environment)
Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and professionalism in handling trainees and staff
Basic technical proficiency in LMS platforms, simulation tools, and productivity software
High integrity and reliability, with the ability to enforce compliance and fairness consistently
Willingness to work on-site as needed for exam facilitation or simulation supervision
Preferred Skills
Experience administering online certifications or performance-based assessments
Familiarity with assessment security protocols and documentation management
Knowledge of evaluation frameworks or competency-based scoring systems

Work Setup: On-site / Hybrid (as required for exam administration)
Compensation: PHP 28,000–38,000/month (based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities
Administer certification exams, simulations, and tool-based assessments (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Asana, communication tools)
Supervise exam sessions (both remote and on-site) to prevent misconduct, ensure rule adherence, and maintain confidentiality
Validate trainee identities, confirm eligibility, and ensure test environment readiness before each session
Record and report scores, pass/fail outcomes, and performance data accurately within the L&D tracking system
Coordinate with Trainers, QA, and Operations to schedule assessments aligned with training and onboarding timelines
Ensure the security and confidentiality of exam materials, results, and simulation data
Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues affecting testing integrity
Provide structured feedback to L&D leadership regarding exam administration improvements
