Responsibilities

• Conduct daily banking activities and maintain cash records efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll operations.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and annual budgets.
• Monitor company expenses and assist with cost analysis on projects.

• Process, verify, and reconcile invoices to ensure timely payments.
• Assist in month-end closing activities by compiling financial documents.
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding due invoices and account statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline required.
• Minimum of two years experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and accounting software.
