Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces as required.
• Select appropriate paint types and colors based on customer specifications and vehicle requirements.
• Apply paint using spray guns and other painting tools to achieve a smooth finish.
• Ensure all painted surfaces are free of runs, sags, or other visible defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety and quality standards.
• Use measurement tools for color matching and mixing paints accurately.
• Monitor vehicle conditions post-painting, retouch surfaces, and perform quality checks.
• Adhere to all environmental and safety regulations concerning paint handling and disposal.
• Collaborate with body shop technicians to ensure vehicles meet repair and cosmetic standards.
• Keep detailed records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each vehicle.
• Manage inventory levels for paints and supplies, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining painting procedures and responding to inquiries.

Requirements
