Job Overview

Our client is looking for a sales agent to act as the vital connection between potential homebuyers and sellers and their real estate dreams. Working with pre-qualified, warm leads from an established generation system, you will build meaningful relationships that directly contribute to closing deals.


Client Overview

A growing real estate brokerage in the Greater Toronto Area that utilizes high-quality lead generation systems to connect families with dream properties. The team includes multiple licensed agents focused on converting warm leads into successful transactions, maintaining a high standard of professional service in a fast-paced market.


Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 4 hours daily Eastern Time(20 work hours per week)

Note: Potential to scale to Full-Time (40 hours per week) based on performance and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Engagement: Call and follow up with warm leads from the company’s established lead generation database; respond promptly to new leads as they enter the system.
  • Qualification: Qualify potential buyers and sellers to determine their specific real estate needs, timelines, and financial readiness.
  • Relationship Nurturing: Nurture prospect relationships through systematic check-ins and personalized follow-up communications.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and communication logs within the CINC CRM system.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule property showings and strategic appointments for qualified prospects with licensed agents.
  • Agent Coordination: Seamlessly connect "ready-to-move" prospects with the appropriate real estate agents and brokers within the team.
  • Workflow Organization: Track and organize complex follow-up schedules to ensure no opportunities are missed.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate lead calling, inside sales (ISA), or similar sales-focused roles.
  • Familiarity with Canadian real estate market processes and terminology.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Specific experience with CINC is a major bonus).

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working within the Ontario or Greater Toronto Area (GTA) housing market (Preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting appointment-setting or lead-conversion KPIs (Preferred).
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the early stages of the home buying/selling journey.


Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
