Cabinetry Drafter — Cabinet Vision Specialist

If you work in Cabinet Vision every day and understand how a drawing becomes a cut part on the shop floor, this role is built for you.

F5 Global Talent is hiring a hands-on Cabinetry Drafter to produce production-ready, CNC-ready cabinetry and closet drawings for North American projects. This is a fully remote role for someone who can contribute from day one without a long training runway.

You will create detailed shop drawings, prepare CNC-ready outputs, and support the production process from design through machining.

What You’ll Do

• Create custom cabinetry and closet drawings in Cabinet Vision
• Produce accurate, production-ready shop drawings
• Prepare CNC-ready output files for manufacturing
• Support CNC programming from design to machine
• Work closely with production teams to account for materials, hardware, and build constraints
• Maintain clear, accurate drafting standards for North American cabinetry and closet projects

What We’re Looking For

• Current, hands-on Cabinet Vision experience, ideally used within the last 1–2 years
• Strong cabinetry, closet, millwork, or woodworking drafting background
• CNC programming experience or strong understanding of how drawings translate to cutting and machining
• Ability to produce clean, practical drawings that can actually be built
• A hands-on contributor who is actively drafting, not a manager who no longer works in the software
• Ability to work remotely with a North American team

Nice to Have

• Experience with North American cabinetry or closet projects
• Familiarity with imperial units, North American materials, hardware, and construction styles
• UCS modifications in Cabinet Vision
• Exposure to Microvellum

Important Note

This is a hands-on Cabinet Vision drafting role. Generic CAD experience alone is not enough. Architectural drafters, mechanical drafters, and CNC operators without cabinetry drafting experience are not a fit.
