Job Description

  • Develop and manage the annual business plan, ensuring clear priorities and alignment across teams.
  • Lead the execution of commercial initiatives that strengthen market presence and support business goals.
  • Partner with internal functions regionally - such as marketing, supply chain, operations, and analytics to maximize business opportunities.
  • Manage communication and performance engagement with distribution and commercial partners.
  • Oversee volume forecasting, budget monitoring, and performance tracking to ensure delivery of targets.
  • Support the rollout of new initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor in‑market execution and provide guidance to field teams to improve activation quality.
  • Prepare performance reviews, dashboards, and monthly or quarterly business updates.
  • Facilitate alignment meetings, ensuring follow‑through on action points and commercial priorities.
  • Support additional commercial or cross‑functional projects that contribute to business growth.


The Successful Applicant

  • 5-8 years of experience in commercial, trade development, account management, or trade marketing roles within FMCG or related industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in fast‑moving environments.
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills with attention to detail.
