About the Client

The client is a property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants. With a focus on streamlined processes and personalized support, they specialize in tenant onboarding, property maintenance coordination, and administrative management. Their commitment to excellence ensures a seamless and professional experience for all clients and partners.

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for engaging with property owners, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales process from initial outreach to closing.

This role prioritizes candidates with hands-on residential property management experience, as you will be expected to confidently address client questions and demonstrate subject matter expertise during conversations. Sales skills can be trained, but a strong foundation in property management is essential.

You will work with qualified leads, manage pipeline activity using CRM tools, and contribute directly to the company’s growth by converting prospects into long-term clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound property management leads
  • Confidently answer client questions related to residential property management processes, services, and best practices
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, presentations, negotiations, and closing
  • Consistently achieve 10–15 closed deals per month
  • Utilize LeadSimple CRM to track outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline activity (training provided)
  • Build trust and rapport with property owners through knowledgeable and professional communication
  • Collaborate closely with the Property Management and Customer Success teams for smooth client onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline status, and performance metrics
  • Continuously improve sales approach based on performance insights and feedback

Qualifications

  • Required: Proven experience in residential property management (critical priority)
  • Native or near-native English fluency (clear, professional communication with U.S.-based clients)
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is a plus (but not required)
  • Strong ability to handle objections, build trust, and guide conversations confidently
  • Comfortable discussing property management operations with prospective clients
  • Tech-savvy; experience with LeadSimple or similar CRM tools is a plus (trainable)
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Compensation

  • Training Period (First 30 Days): $1500-$1800/month

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PDT
  • Fully remote
