Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads for clients across various industries through targeted outreach
• Schedule appointments and conduct professional appointment setting activities
• Execute strategic lead handoffs to client teams with detailed qualification notes
• Participate actively in client calls and collaborative team meetings
• Conduct effective cold calling campaigns with conversion-focused messaging
• Perform live transfers when required to maximize lead conversion rates
• Meet and exceed established KPIs set by clients with performance tracking
• Collaborate seamlessly with team managers and integrate with existing team structure
• Maintain consistent communication and detailed reporting on lead generation activities

Requirements

• Experience in business development, lead generation, or sales roles with proven results
• Strong communication skills for professional client interaction and relationship building
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable self-management
• Proficiency with CRM systems and lead generation tools for efficient workflow
• Comfortable with cold calling and appointment setting with confidence and persistence
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup
• Bonus if you have experience with live transfers or phone-based sales
• Familiarity with multiple industries or B2B sales processes is a plus
