Job Description

In this role, you will conduct outbound outreach, qualify prospects, nurture early-stage relationships, and schedule appointments for the onshore closing team. You will contribute to developing sales strategies and help build a strong pipeline across three core service pillars: data services (Databricks), cloud/AI consulting, and Odoo ERP solutions. You will also prepare proposals and sales materials as needed.

Success in this position requires experience in B2B technology sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership. This is a fully remote, performance-incentivized contractor role with steady long-term work, requiring candidates to provide their own equipment and manage their own taxes and benefits.

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of US$ 5.6 per hour in the applicant’s local currency


Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40h per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to enterprise and government prospects to generate new business opportunities for data migration, cloud consulting, and analytics services
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with your leadership team
  • Generate and qualify leads across your three service pillars: Databricks/data services, cloud/AI consulting, and Odoo ERP solutions
  • Nurture prospect relationships through the initial stages of the sales funnel
  • Schedule appointments and hand off qualified prospects to your onshore closing team
  • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent prospect communication
  • Create proposals and sales materials as needed

Scope

  • Focus on enterprise and government market segments
  • Target markets include US and Canadian businesses
  • Services to sell include data migration, cloud consulting, Power BI/analytics, AI services, and Odoo ERP consulting
  • Work closely with onshore team for deal closure


Requirements

  • At least 1-3 years of recent business development role
  • Ability to work independently and create sales strategies collaboratively
  • Strong communication skills for enterprise-level outreach
  • Experience with B2B sales, preferably in technology or consulting services
  • Comfortable working with North American time zones (Canada-based client)
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage sales pipeline and follow-up processes
