Job Description:
You’ll play a crucial role in connecting our client’s innovative platform with talent management agencies who need streamlined solutions for managing their influencer rosters. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing tech company in the creator economy space, where your outreach efforts directly contribute to helping agencies better serve their clients. You’ll work in a supportive remote environment with clear leads provided and focus purely on relationship building and appointment setting.
Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted phone outreach to pre-qualified talent management agencies
Send personalized email campaigns to prospective clients in the creator economy
Engage with decision-makers through strategic LinkedIn messaging
Execute Instagram outreach when appropriate for specific prospects
Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team
Maintain organized follow-up sequences using proper lead management techniques
Track and document all outreach activities and prospect interactions
Build relationships with agency owners and managers in the influencer space
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
Outgoing and energetic personality with natural relationship-building abilities
Excellent listening skills and ability to understand prospect needs
Previous experience in sales outreach, appointment setting, or BDR roles
Organizational skills for systematic follow-up and lead management
Resilience to handle rejection while maintaining persistent outreach efforts
Experience with phone-based sales campaigns and email outreach
Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional prospecting
Bonus if you have experience in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or talent management space
It helps if you’re comfortable with Instagram outreach and social selling techniques
