Job Description

Lead sales strategy across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
Manage distributors to ensure strong performance and alignment with company goals.
Identify new business opportunities and secure key retail listings.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with major accounts and strategic partners.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Ensure consistent brand representation across all customer touch points.
