Working Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)


Scope of Position:


As a Business Development Executive at CheckMinistry, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and acquiring new clients across international markets. This role focuses on proactive sales, relationship building, and market expansion, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing organisation in the HR services space.


Essential Job Duties:


  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and analyse target industries and markets.
  • Actively drive outbound sales efforts, including cold outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline development.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with the sales and leadership teams.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to refine sales strategies.
  • Build a strong understanding of CheckMinistry’s services and effectively educate prospects and clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
  • Ensure adherence to data security, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices.


Education & Qualification Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus, not mandatory).
  • Outbound sales pro: Proven success in outbound sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
  • Experience in background screening, HR services, SaaS, or B2B services is an advantage, but not required.
  • Familiarity with employment laws or compliance-driven services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales tools.
