Duration: 3-month probationary period with monthly reviews; possible extension to a 6-month project



Our client is seeking a Business Analyst (Project Support) for a project-based assignment to provide critical assistance to their Technical Project Manager (TPM) during a one-month leave period. This role supports ongoing ICT and process improvement initiatives, ensuring continuity in project coordination and delivery.



The successful candidate will document requirements, develop user stories, map workflows, support testing, and maintain project documentation. Acting as a backup to the TPM, you’ll collaborate across teams to help fast-track projects and ensure successful outcomes.



Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ICT projects, ensuring practical and cost-effective solutions
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, process maps, and functional documentation in collaboration with the Data and Systems Architect
  • Support testing and iteration cycles, ensuring requirements are traceable, accurate, and aligned with project goals
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, governance reports, and system knowledge bases
  • Provide project coordination support — including progress tracking, updating project registers, and reporting milestones
  • Act as backup to the Technical Project Manager during leave, ensuring communication and project oversight continue smoothly
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of ICT initiatives



Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities
  • High-level analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, and process mapping
  • Experience in web and/or app development is an advantage
  • Experience or working knowledge of Salesforce (required); familiarity with NetSuite (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Confluence, Google Workspace, MS Excel (online), and Slack
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, project-based environment
  • Skilled at overseeing multiple teams and providing structured reports and updates
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and system landscapes
