The Business Analyst Track

We are looking for specialists who are eager to solve problems alongside our project teams. This is a tiered role; your specific level will be determined during our conversations based on your technical skills, professional journey, and your readiness to manage client relationships.

The following serves as a high-level overview of how we view these levels. Please note that these are not rigid boundaries; our roles are dynamic and evolve based on the unique needs of each project and client:

• Apprentice Business Analyst: Focused on learning core business analysis skills and supporting project execution, including data gathering, foundational research, and preparing initial deliverables.
• Associate Business Analyst: Executes key analytical and reporting tasks with increasing autonomy, offering valuable insights and supporting projects under general guidance.
• Business Analyst: Independently delivers high-quality analysis, such as financial modeling, market research, and go-to-market strategies. Oversees assigned workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Senior Business Analyst: Applies deep expertise to complex analytical projects and client management. Acts as a subject matter expert in areas like DCF valuations, M&A preparation, and organizational design, while mentoring junior team members.
  
  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Solving Problems with Data: Supporting client projects with deep research and data analysis to help shape strategic recommendations.
• Building Practical Solutions: Creating financial models, performing market sizing, and conducting competitive benchmarking to give our clients a clear edge.
• Bringing Clarity to Complexity: Transforming abstract or complicated information into clear, logical, and actionable business solutions.
• Keeping Projects Moving: Managing your own workstreams and timelines to ensure we always deliver high-quality work on time.
• Sharing Insights: Communicating complex findings through clear, simple, and visually compelling presentations that help stakeholders make decisions.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

For All Levels:

• The ability to think strategically and collaboratively solve complex business problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
• A natural curiosity and a structured approach to working with data.
• A Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (though we also highly value equivalent professional experience).
• Experience from an MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), Big 4, or another recognised strategy firm is a plus.
• A flexible schedule that allows for a consistent daily overlap with US business hours.
  
  

Experienced senior candidates should also have:

• 6+ years in an advisor-style role or similar professional services environment
• Success leading client conversations and providing strategic guidance
• Experience mentoring or managing small teams
