Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and present requirements effectively.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the application meets business goals and user needs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to generate reports and provide key insights for informed decision-making.
  • Evaluate processes and systems continuously and recommend optimizations for enhanced performance.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing, ensuring that solutions align with user expectations and requirements.
  • Support training and communication processes for new system implementations and updates.
  • Track and report on project milestones and deliverables, ensuring a timely delivery aligned with expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related consultancy role.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and analytical tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret large volumes of data and derive actionable insights from it.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to visualize processes effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management software and business intelligence tools is advantageous.
